May 1925<\/th>\nSANEI SHOTEN was established to sell mining machinery and instruments at Otaru.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
April 1934<\/th>\nReorganized as SANEI SHOTEN CO., LTD. SAN-EI SEIKI SEISAKUSHO was formed as a manufacturing division, and started to produce rock drills, air motors, air winches and other machinery.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
October 1938<\/th>\nTransferred the HEAD OFFICE to Tokyo City. Established a branch factory and business offices in Korea, in Manchuria, and in northern China. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
April 1946<\/th>\nDesignated as a machinery manufacturing factory by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
October 1954<\/th>\nTransferred the HEAD OFFICE to Otaru City. Opened a branch office at Tokyo and a subbranch office at Fukuoka.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
June 1961<\/th>\nOpened FUKUSHIMA FACTORY in Kori-cho, Date-gun, Fukushima, and produced more air motors.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
