SAN-EI has continued to manufacture pneumatic machinery for over a century.
Our accumulated experience with machinery production has been poured into the manufacturing of air hoists.
These products have been long patronized in various industrial fields. Based on these experiences, the air hoist durability, performance and operability have been refined.

The air hoists, which are air-driven and designed to use the excellent operating characteristics of an air motor fully, have five prominent features.

SPECIALTY AND STRUCTURE

  • A user is safe when using an air hoist in harsh environments such as explosive gas, dust explosions, high-temperature, and high-humidity atmospheres.
  • The hoist is smaller and lighter than an electric chain block with the same capacity.
  • Even when subjected to long continuous rotation or inching, its motor is not damaged or burned.
  • A lifting or lowering speed can be controlled in a low-speed to high-speed operation. The speed can be changed by adjusting pressure on a pendant push-button.
  • Its mechanical brake structure with durability provides ensured braking force.
    ※You can also operate an air hoist that uses N2 (nitrogen) instead of compressed air, but before using it, please consult with us.

SERIES LISTSERIES LINEUP

All of the series are operated with a pendant. The VLX25，VLX50 maximum lift, and that of VLX100 are, respectively, 20 m and 10 m.

VLX series

The series are operated with a string or pendant. The VMX100 and the VMX200 maximum lift amounts are, respectively, 20 m and 10 m.

VMX series

The series are operated with a string or pendant. The VHX series includes a steel bucket as standard.

VHX series

The series are operated with a pendant. Trollies of various types are optional.
