STRUCTURE

This motor incorporates a pair of gears into its case and supports it by bearings. An output axis for an output gear protrudes from the case. Its air supply side has control valves for forward and reverse rotations, with a governor for constant-speed operation. The motor perimeter is structured to reduce noise.

SPECIALTY
  • The motor includes the governor as standard. Therefore, a constant-speed rotation is obtainable even if a load or pressure varies. Our company also offers a motor model that can control its rotating speed using a pilot pressure. When this model is needed, please contact us.
  • The standard is that the exhaust port is placed horizontally. Exhaust ductwork can be connected to the port if its cover is removed.
  • Its rotation part has only an oil seal as a sliding part.
  • The output axis can be rotated slightly from the outside.
  • You can choose an upper-mounted (H1 in the dimensional table) or lower-mounted (H in the dimensional table) output axis.
Note
  • An air motor with an 1800 r.p.m. rotating speed is available. When ordering an air motor, please designate its speed. Note that this rotation rate is a value at its maximum output (A point in the right performance figure).
  • Please use torque that is within a selected range in the right panel. Even if a motor load varies in this range, the rotating speed fluctuates slightly.
  • T and L in the right panel respectively represent torque and output curves. The horizontal axis represents its rotating speed.
