STRUCTURE

A rotor is eccentrically incorporated into a casing. A vane, which slides circumferentially, is inserted into this rotor. To seal the end of this vane and the casing, air is pressed to the bottom of the vane.
Compressed air that enters from the air supplying port pushes up the vane and turns the rotor. The air that has finished its function is exhausted from the primary port to the outside, and the remaining air from the secondary port to it.

SPECIALTY
  • The motor is useful in widely various media and at high speeds.
  • The motor is structured most simply and is used most widely.
  • The motor produces high power but it is small and light.
  • The vane is processed specially. For this reason, its properties such as seizure, crack and abnormal wear were improved substantially.
  • A face, flange of base is fixed on the motor.
Note
  • Ensure to install an air filter and a lubricator (line oiler) to the air supplying line.
  • Avoid a long and high-speed operation to the greatest extent possible.
  • A practical minimum rotating speed is 800 r.p.m. When using the motor by rotating speeds less than 800 r.p.m., select an air motor with a reducer.
