In addition to its conventional explosion-proof feature, the compact and lightweight winch can be moved easily and operated constantly with a compressor, even in areas without electricity.
The W series of air winches meet widely diverse needs, offering 5 easy-to-operate models.
Because a model is displayed on an air winch, you can easily select your desired model. Therefore, our company assures that you can operate the model in a safer and more efficient manner.

SPECIALTY AND STRUCTURE

A poppet valve used in the operating part leaks air only slightly.
The operating valve can be easily rotated forwardly or reversely.The velocity of air flowing from the poppet valve into the control valve can be regulated using the valve handle.
A robust radial piston air motor is adopted for harsh environments.
The air motor is of the oil bath lubrication type, which lubricates each sliding part through an oil disk.
The ball roller bearings maximally stop the friction loss of each part.
A reduction ratio is set so that a relation between a rope pull and speed can be optimized.
The motor structure accommodates a claw clutch with ensured safety to lock the rope at the “ON” or “OFF” Position. This enables an operator to manipulate the rope freely, making the drum free.
A band brake for manual and automatic operations is adopted for safe braking.
Related bearings are completely enclosed to avoid the leakage of oil from the crankcase or the gear case.
